On behalf of our Mapping and Cadastre Program, Lecturer Esmanur Kıvrak İleri held an external stakeholder meeting with Serkan İleri, a Senior Surveying Engineer at the Çorum Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry.
During the meeting, topics such as developments in the fields of agriculture and forestry, pasture cadastre, the conversion of agricultural lands to zoning areas, surveying activities, internship opportunities, and working conditions at the institution were discussed.
Additionally, important insights and details regarding the content of our courses were highlighted.
Emphasis was also placed on the significance of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), marking an important step toward enhancing students’ knowledge, experience, and professional development in these areas.
